- Load a review preset.
The Chart_Review files start with new entries off. Check the target, break-even and partial-close settings.
- Review the risk.
Choose a capital basis, sizing and exposure limits you understand. A custom balance is not automatically your real account balance.
- Test before relying on it.
Use Strategy Tester and a demo terminal to check the configuration under your broker’s data and trading conditions.

A few clear answers.
Does Gold Notch trade automatically?
Yes. It is an Expert Advisor for automated execution with configurable sizing and trade management. It requires the correct account type, trading permissions and an operating MT5 terminal.
Does it need Smart Trend or Smart Universal EA?
Gold Notch is its own Expert Advisor. The Smart Trend + Smart Universal EA welcome gift is a separate offer and is not included here.
Can I use it on MT4 or on my phone?
This release is for the MT5 desktop terminal with a hedging account. It does not run in the MetaTrader phone app. Use an operating terminal or suitable VPS for EA-driven actions.
Does EA OFF close my trades?
No. It pauses new entries. Existing positions retain their recorded management policies and need the EA operating with trading permissions for future stop changes or partial-close requests.
Does no martingale mean low risk?
No. Trades can lose money and independent positions can overlap. Review sizing and the optional exposure limits. Stops do not guarantee their requested execution price.
Are the results net or live?
The supplied examples are gross History-mode OHLC simulations with costs unavailable. Their balance drawdown excludes floating losses. They are not live account records or real-tick Strategy Tester reports.
