MetaTrader software

1. Open the correct product edition on MQL5. MT4 and MT5 editions are separate.
2. Use the same MQL5 account that made the purchase in the terminal’s Community settings.
3. Install from your purchased products and follow the product’s welcome page.

TradingView suite

1. Complete the subscription through the TradingView suite page.
2. Follow the activation instructions and provide your exact TradingView username through the stated support channel.
3. Access is activated manually after payment verification. If it is missing, contact support with your purchase reference and username.

The TradingView platform account and the Issam Algo suite subscription are separate. An MT5 purchase does not automatically unlock the TradingView edition.

Books and online courses

1. Sign in with ChatGPT before checkout.
2. Choose books, courses or the bundle. Review the included collection and USD total.
3. After verified payment, open My learning using the same ChatGPT account on any supported device.

Books access provides full PDF reading and downloads. Courses access provides the organized course workspace and lesson navigation. The bundle grants both.

Paid, but access is missing?

1. Check that you are signed into the same ChatGPT account used at checkout.
2. Open My learning and select Check purchases. Closing the payment tab does not erase your purchase.
3. If payment is still processing, wait for confirmation. Do not buy again to fix a delay.
4. If access is still missing, contact support with the purchase reference and the collection you selected.

Billing, refunds and subscriptions

Education purchases are one-time payments. For a refund request or billing problem, contact support. A full education refund revokes that purchase only; partial refunds retain access. An open dispute pauses that purchase’s access, which is restored if the dispute is won. Separate valid purchases remain usable.

TradingView subscription billing and MQL5 purchases follow their own purchase terms. For subscription management, use the options in your purchase confirmation or contact support.
