Purchase and access information.
What your purchase includes
Books access covers the 17 complete PDF books listed on the collection page. Courses access covers the course workspaces listed on the collection page. The bundle includes both. Each is a one-time purchase in USD. Your purchase record retains the included title versions; future additions are not automatically promised.
The course videos remain publicly available on YouTube and existing free or included product resources stay available. The paid course offer is the organized collection workspace and its navigation and saved lesson position. No software licence, subscription, coaching, signals or financial returns are included.
Your account and delivery
Use the same ChatGPT account at checkout and when returning to My learning. Books are available for personal reading and download. Browser-delivered content can be copied; the site does not promise copy prevention. Do not redistribute purchased materials.
Payment and recovery
Stripe processes payment on its hosted checkout. Access is added only after the server verifies completed payment. If you close the payment tab, return to My learning and select Check purchases. The checkout total is the listed USD price. No additional tax is calculated or added by this checkout.
Refunds and disputes
Contact Issam Algo support for a refund request or payment problem. A full refund revokes only the affected purchase. Access from that purchase is suspended while a dispute is open, restored if the dispute is won, and revoked if it is lost. Partial refunds retain access. Other valid purchases remain usable. This describes access handling and does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
Account and purchase data
The website stores your site-specific ChatGPT user identifier, sign-in email, purchase references, included title versions, payment status and saved lesson position to deliver and recover your purchases. Stripe receives checkout and billing information; card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the website database. YouTube receives information when its embedded player loads. Complete books are held in private site storage and delivered only after an account access check.
Optional email updates
If you opt in, Issam Algo stores your email address, consent wording and sign-up date in private website storage for product news, resources and offers. Sign-up is separate from purchases. No email address is published. Use Email updates in the footer on the same browser to withdraw, or email issamkassas1@gmail.com to request removal from any device. Short-lived anonymous request counters help limit abuse. Your browser remembers dismissal and your private withdrawal key. No marketing email is sent by the sign-up form itself.
Customer support
For support, access, refund or data questions, message Issam Algo Support on Telegram, our primary support channel. You can also email issamkassas1@gmail.com as a backup. Include your purchase reference when asking about a payment or access problem.
